About Us
The Camden Farms Student Society, a group of 3rd year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students, is tasked with organising a variety of charity and community events during their year on the Camden campus, including the annual vet nude calendar.
As the leading veterinary education centre in Australia, the Sydney School of Veterinary Science is globally respected and has been producing the charity nude calendar for over 10 years, generating close to $100,000 for a variety of deserving charities.
This year we are proud to announce that our charity of choice is Rural Aid. Rural Aid is a national charity that provides financial, wellbeing, and fodder support to rural and farming communities experiencing difficult times, particularly during natural disasters.
DVM3 is honoured to be fundraising for such a worthy cause in a positive, fun environment and we hope you can support us by purchasing a 2025 calendar!
Photographers
Campbelltown Camera Club, as it was known then, held its inaugural meeting on 29th July 1981. At its Annual General Meeting on 26th July 2006, the club resolved to change its name to Macarthur Photographic Society Inc. In 2021, Macarthur Photographic Society celebrated 40 years of continuous operation and service to its members!
The fellowship in our society has always been one of its greatest strengths. This has been fostered over time through activities such as: photo walks, weekends away and longer-term photographic trips, social interaction and members being prepared to help each other, particularly in the area of photography.
Our society’s reputation is that we have been able to attract high quality judges and lecturers. These people over time have encouraged and contributed to the photographic development of our members to a point where many members have been able to advance beyond society level in terms of entering images at national and international exhibitions, judging at national level, and pursuing photography as a part-time or full-time career.
With the continuing enthusiasm and support of its members, our society strives to continue to create an environment that provides inspiration; encouragement and the further development of the art of photography amongst its members.
